Request: Add Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) localization

Currently, Clearflask includes Simplified Chinese (zh) localization but does not offer Traditional Chinese (zh-TW). Would you be open to adding Traditional Chinese?

If helpful, I can contribute an initial zh-TW translation json file via PR, so maintainers can review and import as needed. This approach tends to be the fastest and most effective for getting the first version in.

Please let me know if that's preferred, or if there are additional requirements for language files. Thanks!
