Community-first Feedback page broken in private mode

The Community-first Feedback page does not seem to enable. It remains what it was before, either Customer-first (with the form) or Off (which yields 404), but despite that claims to be enabled on settings/project/feedback
I'm investigating if this is the case due to private mode chosen.
Yes, setting Onboarding to Public made it work.
